David,
two suggestions: the skylights might need to be flipped to avoid glare (remember Keith' work shop). The parapets at the roof garden could extend partially and enclose the roof garden a bit more to create some privacy on th eroof garden in the city. It would also allow you to tie the building in better with the neighbor...

David,

I really like the lines that are pulling through your interior persepctives. You are doing great with Revit! Werner was talking about privacy on the roof garden and little peace after a long studio session might be nice.

Werner and Matt,

Thanks for the comments!

Skylights: Thanks Werner for reminding me... I don't have the vertical baffles in the model yet. During Keith's workshop he spoke of (and we added them in our workshop model) of vertical fins/baffles that kept direct light from hitting the interior. See the picture on my Vision Sheet A.2. We added the fins on half the skylight and left the other half open to see the difference. Great workshop! I also took your suggestion of making the slopped glass at these skylights the PhotoVol glazing, which should also soften the light and add additional power… green, green, green….

Roof Garden: After adding some raised deck in the roof garden, the wall became even shorter. So I added height for your suggested reason and due to the raised decks.

Thanks Guys for the input!
